Tonight at Mežaparks Sports Village, in the 1st round of the Latvian Highest league, we defeated SK “Super Nova” with a scoreline of 2:0! Both goals were scored by Brian Pena! Monday’s game against “Auda”.
“Super Nova” returns to Latvia’s strongest championship this year. In the first half of the game, we completely controlled the game, controlled the ball much more and created several scoring opportunities.
We scored the first goal in the 13th minute of the game. Gauthier Mankenda played well on the right wing, then passed to Reginaldo Ramires. The Brazilian striker found Brian Pena, and the Spaniard hit the ball into the near corner of the goal. This was the only goal in the first half (1:0).
At the beginning of the second half, Pena scored the second goal, when he masterfully played in the penalty area and hit the ball into the corner of the goal – 2:0. In the remaining part of the game, the opponents made many fouls, we had a few more really good chances, but the result did not change. Victory 2:0.
