On Saturday, in the 4th round of the Latvian Highest league, we lost to “Daugavpils” at home with a score of 1:2. The only goal for our team was scored by Marko Regža.
In the first three games, we had five points – 2:0 against “Super Nova”, 2:2 against “Auda” and 1:1 against “Jelgava”.
Against Daugavpils, we had several good chances in the first minutes of the game, but we were unable to use them. During the half, we had a large advantage in possession of the ball, but the scoreboard showed a draw 0:0.
In the second half, we continued to dominate, but without a result. In the 60th and 66th minutes, we unexpectedly conceded goals and found ourselves in a very difficult situation. In the 70th minute, Marko Regža recovered one goal. In the remaining time of the game, we had a bunch of moments, but luck was not on our side. Lost 1:2.
