Thank You, Simo!

We have agreed with “St Johnstone” on the transfer of the head coach, 51-year-old Simo Valakari, to the Scottish Premier League club! Thank you and all the best for the future!

Simo Valakari was confirmed as the head coach of “Riga Football Club” before the 2024 season.

Valakari spent 36 official games as head coach, earning 26 wins, six draws and five losses. Simo in Latvia won the Supercup trophy.

Simo will continue his coaching career in the Scottish Premier League team “St. Johnstone”, which at the beginning of the season got only four points in seven games.

The rest of the coaching staff will continue working in the team.
