Latvian national team midfielder Varslavāns joins “Riga FC”

We are happy to announce that we have signed a contract with the 23-year-old Latvian national team midfielder Renārs Varslavāns! Welcome to the team!

Renārs Varslavāns was born on August 23, 2001 in Riga, Latvia. Renārs is “Skonto” and “Metta” grown up player.

Renārs has represented “Metta”, “RFS”, “Valmiera” and “Auda” teams in the Latvian Highest league. Renārs has played a total of 137 games in Latvia’s strongest championship, scored 13 goals and made 15 assists.

In 2021, Renārs made his debut in the Latvian national team, where he has played a total of 16 games and scored one goal.
