Jackson Kenio was born on April 24, 1999 in Santana do Ipanema. In Brazil, Jackson was in such clubs as ABC FC, Ypiranga-BA, America MG-U20 and Murici.
In 2019, Jackson played five games for Vorwärts Steyr, the second-strongest Austrian championship. In October 2020, the midfielder signed a contract with the Albanian club KF Egnatia. Kenio played 98 games for this team, scoring 18 goals and providing nine assists.
In 2023, Jackson moved to the Turkish club Istanbulspor. The midfielder played 36 games in the Turkish Highest league, scoring one goal and providing five assists. In 2025, the club and player terminated contract.
