On Saturday, in the 4th round of the Latvian Highest league, we defeated FS “Jelgava” with a score of 8:0. Three goals were scored by Iago Siqueira, two by Muhamed Badamosi, and one each by Salah Oulad, Raki Aouani and Juan Christian.
In the first three games, we had won six of the maximum nine points. 1:2 in Liepāja, followed by victories against “Daugavpils” (4:2) and “Auda” (2:1).
We completely controlled the game from the first minutes and scored the first goal in the 11th minute of the game. After a pass from Andres Salazar, Iago Siqueira scored. 12 minutes later, the ball flew into the goal after a corner kick from Salah Oulad – 2:0. In the rest time of the first half we missed some good opportunities.
The first ten minutes of the second half period were the worst period in this game. In one of the episodes, only the quality of Krišjānis Zviedris saved us. In the middle of the half, the opposing midfielder Gļebs Žaleiko was sent off. In the last 20 minutes of the game, we scored six goals (twice by Iago Siqueira, twice by Muhamed Badamosi, once by Raki Aouani and Juan Christian) and achieved a crushing victory 8:0. In this game, the 16-year-old academy player Jegors Blaževičs made his debut in the highest league.
