In the 15th round of the Latvian Highest league, we defeated SK “Super Nova” at Skonto Stadium with a scoreline of 3:0! Goals were scored by Caio, Meissa Diop and Muhamed Badamosi.
We played our first game this year against SK “Super Nova” away and won with a score of 4:1. Our opponents were in fourth place in the tournament table before the game.
At Skonto Stadium, we put a lot of pressure on the opponent’s goal at the beginning of the game. There were several good chances, but the final shot was missing. In the 29th minute, we created a great combination, which ended with Caio scoring a goal – 1:0.
In the 37th minute, Meissa Diop scored after a pass from Muhamed Badamosi, and six minutes later, Badamosi himself scored with a header – 3:0. In the first half of the game, SK “Super Nova” did not make a single shot on goal.
In the second half we did not show such an aggressive half and accordingly there were few good scoring opportunities. We controlled the events on the field and in the end we won with a score of 3:0.
The next game is on May 29 at Skonto Stadium against FK “Grobina”. The game starts at 18:00.
