Latvian champion "Riga Football Club" officially announces another addition. The club has signed a contract with 23-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder Lipe Veloso, who has previously played in Japan, Ukraine and Belarus! Welcome to Riga, Lipe!

Lipe Veloso was born on April 7, 1997 in Ribeirao Preto, Brazil. At the youth level, Lipe represented such famous Brazilian clubs as "Botofago", "Santos", "Corinthians", "Flamengo" and "Palmeiras".

From 2017 to 2019, Veloso played for the Japanese club "Tokyo". Lipe played in both the top and third leagues of Japan. In Tokyo 2, Lipe scored eight goals in 41 games.
